    you can look on a website called which is a website listing all properties for sell by real estate agencies, you will probably be able to see smthg you can compare your house to.
    Also you can ask a real estate agency to come into your house to value it. The most famous ones being : foncia.fr, century21.fr, orpi.fr

    Since this is for something as serious as a divorce, I would encourage you to hire an appraiser.
