According to your answers that I have read, I can think of nothing that makes your participation here valuable.

Many groups have many different doctrines. Reincarnation is not compatible with the Bible teachings. We can choose between the two but not join them rationally or logically. Of course, people can choose to believe only part of the Bible, but should be up front about this philosophy.

Yes, they had similarities to Gnostics and other neo-platonist forms of Christianity. But they took the ideas of dualism to extremes, seeming to believe in two co-existant dieties, one good and one evil. While this solves the problem of why One Good God allows evil, it creates lots of other problems. Not only that, but like many of the very early Christians, their focus was so much on the next world, on the limitations of our material existence, that if we all were to follow the teachings to the logical extremes, the human race would die out in a generation or two from a lack of procreation. Still, as precursors to other Heretical sects that the Catholic church supressed with extreme violence, a policy that would ultimately splinter Christian Europe, they are an interesting Historical Study. And for Dan Brown type conspiracy theorizing, throwing them in with a supposed blood line of Christ through Mary after she had settled in Southern Gaul, as well as various Templar stuff, ends up being a lot of fun.
